Bishan has worked for a half a dozen of UN organizations including UNOHCHR, UNDP and UN peacekeeping missions (UNMIS, UNMISS). He also worked for the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office (UNRCO) in Nepal, on development coordination at the regional level.
