Anna has over 20 years of combined development and humanitarian experience in Asia, Pacific, Africa, and Latin America. Anna has worked with governments, UN agencies, development banks and civil society organisations on urban resilience, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, gender and social inclusion, and participatory governance programs and policy analysis.
Most recently, Anna was the Senior Advisor for Climate Change, Resilience and Urban Programs at Plan International Australia where she provided technical advice in implementing gender-sensitive participatory urban governance processes and building resilience to support disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation for vulnerable communities, particularly those in informal housing or in the informal work sector in Asia and the Pacific.
Anna holds a Master Degree in International Urban and Environmental Management, along with Bachelor Degrees with Honours in International Development and Urban Planning from RMIT University.
