Overview
This is the final impact report for Humanitarian Horizons 2018-2021. It is a reflection piece that covers all three years of the research program, with an emphasis on work in the final year. It builds on evidence gathered using our M&E framework, which was launched in our previous impact report, and incorporates the findings of an independent external review undertaken in 2020.
Examples have been chosen to highlight notable areas of impact as well as capture the processes and inputs that supported them. It unpacks the extent to which we provided evidence at the right time, with and to the right people, in the right way.
