Humanitarian Horizons 2021-2024 has just concluded its foundational year of work. This report details the work undertaken throughout 2021-2022 to develop genuine partnerships, embed governance and accountability processes, develop program frameworks and tools, and bring the three research stream agendas to life. It provides an overview of the program’s Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (MEF), developed in 2022. It also provides some early indications of where we are seeing engagement that will inform future reporting on emerging outcomes, impact or learning. This report documents the work of HAG and national research partners, in close collaboration with DFAT, to establish the program and provide solid ground for the next two years.
